Remember when India won the Cricket World Cup for the first time?
When you’d watch the TV antenna more than the TV to make sure it caught the best reception? The times when you could chill on the windowsill, a tutti frutti ice cream in one hand and a Tinkle in the other? Simpler days, right?
Tinkle celebrates its legacy of simpler times with Tinkle Origins.
We share the spectacular works of comic art… right from the very first issue published in November 1980!
In this volume, read about the clever old woman and how she nabbed a thief in The Talking Lamp. Unearth the secret of The Magic Pot that doubles everything that goes into it. Meet the Jacana and also find out How the Hippopotamus Lost His Fur. And discover which of the three people the rich man meets is The Laziest of All!
Prepare to traverse through worlds of wonder, laughter, learning and fun with Tinkle’s collection of legends, myths, and Toon tales.
Welcome back to a taste of simpler times.
Welcome back to the world of Tinkle.
